The Irish Co-operative Organisation Society (ICOS) is the representative body for Ireland’s co-operative sector, currently representing 130 co-operative enterprises with a combined turnover of €14 billion and over 150,000 individual members. With strong ties to dairy processing and agricultural co-operatives across Ireland, ICOS brings direct access to the farming community to the BIOCHAR project, supporting engagement with and adoption of biochar solutions at farm level across the Just Transition region.
